User type Description

Service provider

(Distributor/CSI)

  • Point of contact for the customer and provides support

  • Manages the projects & designs the installation

  • Invites installers, owners and users to the project

Technical installer

  • Installs the physical devices

  • Commissions the project

  • Provides technical assistance at the project site

Owner

  • Manages and controls the lighting system

  • Invites new users

User (Interact Pro connected-only)

  • Controls the assigned lighting groups
