User roles
User type	Description
Service provider (Distributor/CSI)	Point of contact for the customer and provides support Manages the projects & designs the installation Invites installers, owners and users to the project
Technical installer	Installs the physical devices Commissions the project Provides technical assistance at the project site
Owner	Manages and controls the lighting system Invites new users
User (PRA-only)	Controls the assigned lighting groups
