PRF/PRA 2.7.11

08 December 2025

Improvements

The app’s screen loading performance is significantly improved. This includes faster loading of:

  • List of projects

  • List of networks within a project

  • Syncing changes to the gateway

  • Opening a network

These improvements will greatly reduce the loading times between screens for the most common use cases in the app.

PRF/PRA 2.7.10

01 December 2025

Bug fixes

  • A new option to improve the performance of SWS201 wireless switches is available. By redeploying all groups in your network, Zigbee traffic will be reduced, and button presses will have a much lower chance of partially or completely failing.

Perform the following procedure to redeploy a group:

  1. Update the app to the latest version.

  2. Commission all SWS201 switches in the network.

  3. Navigate to each group and open the Controls tab.

  4. Tap the three-dot menu and select Re-deploy the Group.

  5. Repeat this process for all groups in your network.

When commissioning a new switch, you must repeat the redeployment process for all groups in the network. This step can also enhance the performance of other switches. A future patch will eliminate the need for this redeployment.
  • Resolved an issue that prevents the App to add more than six luminaires to a group using the IR remote.

PRF/PRA 2.7.9

28 November 2025

Features

The new wireless gateway LCN1870 has been released for PRF/PRA, replacing the previous LCN1840 model. It will serve as a standardized device across various Interact systems and includes a software license that will enable new functionality in future releases.

PRF/PRA 2.7.8

24 November 2025

Features

The release of firmware version 7.4.14 introduces significant enhancements to emergency lighting systems. This update enables the randomized self-test feature for all emergency luminaires. Now, the supported devices include exit signs, escape route lighting, and standard lights equipped with batteries that allow them to function as the emergency backup lights.

Improvements

With this firmware update, the previous limitation of 40 lights per group is removed. Now, users can add up to 200 lights within a single group.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed a problem where lights will stop to join the network, which previously required frequent restarts of the application to resolve.

  • Addressed failures and issues that occurred when the Select all option is used during the BLE commissioning process.

PRF/PRA 2.7.7

29 September 2025

Improvements

  • A text search box has been added to streamline the process of finding projects or networks. Powered by AI, users can filter the list by entering inputs such as the project name, city, or location, ensuring more accurate and meaningful results.

  • The SME portal has been enhanced for a more user-friendly experience on mobile devices.

What’s new

Features

  • Mains powered sensor release. MPS3100 Mains Powered Sensor for EU, METAP and APAC region is now supported.

  • Firmware Updates via mobile app (Bluetooth).

Firmware updates via the mobile app (Bluetooth) are optional. Currently, updating the firmware of each light takes approximately 10 minutes. We are actively working to improve the firmware update speed.
  • Motion Sensor enable/disable Option. Allows deactivation of motion sensors (SNS/SNH210, MPS3100 and SC200).

  • Occupancy sensing sensitivity adjustment. Enables adjusting individual motion sensor sensitivity (MPS3100 and SC200 sensors only).

  • Zone Master. Supports assigning a master sensor (SNS/SNH210, MPS3100 and SC200) to manage daylight dimming for all devices within a zone.

  • Daylight sensing enable/disable. When enabled, the sensor daylight regulates within a zone based on its detected light level and can optionally be chosen as the zone master. When disabled, the sensor follows the zone master in the zone for daylight regulation.
