Factory versions may be lower than indicated in the table below. Interact Pro Foundation works with all generation 2 devices coming out of the factory. Interact Pro Advanced offers the capability to update to the latest version if it is newer than the factory release of the device. Gateways are automatically updated to the latest version when added to the system.

New functionality

  • Mobile app supports commissioning with and without gateway (also known as Interact Pro - Foundation and Interact Pro - Advanced)

  • Supports the upgrade to connected features by adding gateway(s) to a project without gateway(s).

    • Adding a gateway automatically updates the gateway to the latest firmware version.

  • Supports luminaires without built-in sensors but also with built-in sensors.

  • Allows to commission second generation of lights via Bluetooth.

    • Allows the use of an IR remote control (pointing device) to directly group lights (for lights having an IR receiver).

  • Supports new Switch on/off behaviors (automated light control) for groups with built-in sensors named:

    • Light Auto On Auto Off

    • Light Auto On Auto Off with DDR

  • Supports manual demand response and OpenADR with dedicated gateway (North America only).

  • Supports handling of occupancy on group level when using a multi-sensor for daylight regulation (for luminaires without built-in sensor)

Bug fixes

  • Fixes an issue that caused inconsistent dimming behavior across different functions and devices (logarithmic versus linear dimming curves).
